Vikram Motiani serves as Managing Director of Dexian’s Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, where he leads the company’s strategic growth, client delivery, and market expansion initiatives across Southeast Asia and beyond. With more than 35 years of experience in the IT services and consulting industry, Vikram brings deep regional expertise and a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams, building enterprise partnerships, and driving digital transformation across both public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Dexian, Vikram held senior leadership roles at global technology firms including Red Hat and Dell, where he successfully led managed services growth and built strategic alliances across industries such as government, financial services, manufacturing, and energy. He is known for his customer-centric mindset, people-first leadership style, and ability to translate complex challenges into scalable business outcomes. At Dexian, Vikram is focused on evolving the APAC business from a staffing-led model to a next-generation services organization—delivering agile, outcome-driven solutions that help clients thrive in today’s fast-moving digital economy.
Outside the professional sphere, Vikram finds joy in oil painting, doodle/mandala art, playing table tennis, watching thriller movies, and exploring strategy board games that challenge the mind.
